This photo just misses a subject.. I wish there was someone on the street and it would have been a real nice photograph.. moral of this photo..never take a shot with no subject.. i wanted to convey the quaint village setting in one of the towns in Loire Valley.. just needed a little animation.. Posted by Picasa

This one of the Birla Saraswati mandir, Pilani was one of my first experiments with night photography. Was taken in 1994 during my pilani days. I just lost the negatives of this role when the shop i had given this film for developing cheated me off the role stating that he lost it. well he used the negatives to sell postcards and for some reason. my first lessons in IP rights i guess... but then i am happy that a lot of folks love this picture and some even used it as a background on their PCs.. (you can even see the stars or fireflies masquerading as stars :) Posted by Picasa

I was just walking down Champs Elysses during my days at INSEAD and i was ruing my bad luck cos i couldnt climb the arc de tiumph when i noticed the storm clouds gathering and tried my best to take this shot with a Canon Rebel G while not getting the sun in the frame. Defintely could have done a better job. Posted by Picasa

I love taking photographs of reflections. And every timei forget the rule of 1/3rd. This one was taken at Alhambra, Granada, Andulacia in Spain. I know i overexposed the photo a little.. Posted by Picasa
